Brew Hoop in the news

So Alex and I have been talking about using FanPosts more often for smaller nuggets of information, so without further ado, here are some random Brew Hoop-centric news to report:

  • Le Basketbawl has their latest NBA blog rankings up.  Brew Hoop ranks #16.
  • BallHype currently ranks us #12 among NBA blogs
  • Our buddies at Hardwood Paroxysm recently had both reader and blogger awards voting.  Especially given the number of great blogs out there, we were honored to be the runner-up in the bloggers' choice for Best Central Division Blog (behind Need4Sheed ).  Given the Bucks finished fifth in the real divisional standings, I guess that means we're better at blogging than the Bucks are at playing basketball.  Faint praise though, isn't it?

In any case, we'll still be putting the big headlines in our main blog area, but we encourage everyone to post their Bucks-related links, multimedia, and master plans over here.  Any other tips and suggestions can be sent as always to brewhoop[at]gmail.com.

FanPosts are user-generated blogs-within-the-blog. We ask that members abide by our community guidelines and keep things respectable. Thanks.

A hearty ‘woot’ to BrewHoop. I started visiting this site back when it was “Just Another Bucks Fan”. Ah, those were the days.

But these days are good too!
