Just a sampling: Ramon Sessions ranked top ten in dunks among players under 6'4". Luke Ridnour didn't dunk in 2033 minutes. Former Marquette star Steve Novak (all 6'10" of him) failed to dunk in 1161 minutes.

Kid’s got some springs….not Monta Ellis hops, but pretty damn good.
The weirdest thing about that list is how often Sean Marks shows up. He’s a goofy looking 33-year old New Zealander who doesn’t play that much, yet he’s got the 17th-highest dunk rate in the league. Bizarre.
