After the Larry Harris era, it is still so refreshing to hear good things said about our GM. He is well-liked by pretty much everyone who has worked with/for him. This from Sporting News:

"Hammond knew both Delfino and Johnson from his days as assistant general manager in Detroit when he helped draft both. Delfino said Hammond was the catalyst for his NBA return, which happened in a span of less than six days.
'He’s a person I trust," Delfino said. "I was really, really happy to be involved. Happy is the word.' "
Sure didn't seem like anybody trusted Harris. Perhaps even more so than the focus on defense, this is the culture change the Bucks have sorely needed. If I were a free agent, I'd be more likely to sign to play for someone I trust. So it's been a year, how do you feel about Hammond as the Milwaukee Bucks GM?
Poll
How do you feel about John Hammond after his first year?
I like him, he's exactly what this franchise needed. (49 votes)
I like him as a person, but as a GM he's in over his head. (4 votes)
Indifferent, I'll let you know when he does something that really changes the team's fortunes. (26 votes)
Terrible. What does he think he's doing? (2 votes)
I’m encouraged that Hammond is what this franchise needs, and by and large am on board for the moves that have been made so far, but he hasn’t really proven anything yet. (36 votes)
