The Brew Hoop community has selected North Carolina SF Harrison Barnes as the #6 player on the draft board. Barnes entered college with extremely high expectations, and the former top overall high school recruit was expected to light up the college game before splitting for the NBA after just a year. Instead, Barnes produced like a solidly above-average player and decided to return for another season with the Tar Heels. A year later little has changed: Barnes does everything a good player should do, but doesn't affect the game the way many hoped he would. He also played very poorly in the 2012 NCAA Tournament, providing even more questions. Still, he's a consensus top-10 pick and could go in the top-5 if an organization believes there's still significant potential waiting to be tapped. Barnes could be an excellent scorer and defender on the wing if that's the case.
1. Anthony Davis - PF, Kentucky
2. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, SF - Kentucky
3. Thomas Robinson, PF -Kansas
4. Bradley Beal, SG - Florida
5. Andre Drummond, C - Connecticut
6. Harrison Barnes, SF - North Carolina
Pick the player YOU would like the Bucks to select, assuming they were drafting at each position - this ain't no mock draft. That means you should take into account need, potential, or (trade) value, and consider which other players are still available.
Poll closes when we all declare that whoever wins Game 1 of the Finals is "totally going to win the whole thing, no doubt."
