I'm feeling crotchety. I feel like complaining about the way the NBA runs their version of the game of basketball. This is a place for people to rip on the current NBA rules, and suggest changes that would make the game better.
I'll start... when people dunk "on" another player... I feel like it's total bull that you can use your off hand to effectively push off a defender, while in the air, and climb over them. Just in bad form... leads to more people "getting dunked on" which I fee leads to worse and softer interior defense. If you can do that, then why can't you use your off-hand to push opponents away when you take a jump shot? Obviously, blatant push-offs shouldn't be allowed on jumpers, and so I hear-by call for the banishment of the dunking arm push-off.
It's a FOUL.
