Great news, Tobias Harris is considered by nba.com's hoop magazine to have a fantastic, breakout season, perhaps even - according to the article - becoming the NBA's most improved player.
Bad new as we read on in the article. How much can we trust an article that suggests Jon Brockman to be one of the 10 players to have a breakout season next year? I may be totally off base here, but that seems downright insane.
