I don't think they need to make a move. They have some cap room and they can add a player midseason if they want to, but
I think that core of eight guys is what Hammond is trying to build around. The two rookies will likely see very little playing time.
With those other six, I think Hammond is really counting on them to take steps forward this season. I'd say 5 of the six have all-star potential, and Middleton has the potential to be a very solid starter at SF.
Neal, Delfino, Ridnour, and Zaza will all see minutes this season, but it's all about those eight younger guys.
That said, they are under the cap and also have some expiring contracts coming up that would provide the flexibility to make a move if they wanted to.
