Delfino will be out for two weeks

7

Here's the explanation that Carlos is giving in his website about his injury and why he must be out for such a long time.

Delfino's little brother also plays basketball

Not that I'm trying to associate him to the Bucks: one Delfino should bhe enough for Milwaukee. But here is Lucio Delfino, Carlos' little brother. He's 13 and he's playing for the state team of Santa Fe in the U13 Argentinean National Championship. According to the article, he played two games (12 and 18 min): he had 6 pts y 6 rb in the first one and 7 pts and 2 rb in the second one. The Milwaukee Delfino is quoted saying he told his brother "to have fun and make friends".

Sports Illustrated joins the Fear the Deer movement, Bucks predicted to win Central, and will be 5th in the East!

Last year, Sports Illustrated chose to pick the Bucks 15th in the Eastern Conference. Milwaukee would finish 6th! Found out in the 10/25/10 issue of SI that the BUCKS WOULD WIN THE CENTRAL DIVISION! They would also be 5th in the East, behind the Hawks, Magic, Boston and the Heat. Check out "Heirs to the Throne?" by Pablo S. Torre...PST takes a look at Andrew Bogut's horrific arm injury, and Brandon Jennings' breakout year and reasons why Milwaukee will end up with their 1st division title in 10 years. SI also says that a healthy Bogut and the more mature Jennings could possibly give the Bucks their 1st postseason series win since '01. Also, here's how SI predicted the Central: 1. BUCKS 2. Bulls 3. Pistons 4. Pacers 5. Cavaliers Ever since 7/9/10 and LeBron's decision to join the Heat, along with last season's incredible run, expect Ted Davis to say "This one's in the bank and it's earning interest" a lot more in 10-11. Oh, SI's prediction for the Finals? Lakers over Heat. My prediction? Bucks over Thunder. If Kareem led the Bucks to the NBA title in his 2nd year, the Young Buck can do it this year. FEAR THE DEER...beat the Hornets tonight!

CD-R out a month due to eye surgery

It looks even more important for John Salmons and Correy Maggette be able to play extensive minutes with their own health problems. CD-R probably won't be back until around Thanksgiving.

Delfino's Bucks season preview

In Spanish. It has some interesting parts here and there, like for example when he describes his new teammates. I don't have time to translate it now. If nobody in his website does (it has a version in English that takes time in updating), I'll try to do it soon enough. Here's an advance. "We kept the core and we know how to do things. Now we must find the better team chemistry in and out of the court, something that takes time but is important to make things happen as we want them to. Sharing the ball, making an extra pass, winning a game with defense and celebrate our teammates’ good plays are, in my opinion, details that make good teams become great teams. This is now the challenge for us because of the new faces and changes of personnel, although we keep a same concept and structure. "

This trade is successful in the trade machine and it would probably work because David Kahn has a thing for awkward Europeans. Yes, I know Delfino is Argentinean, I'm talking about Ersan.

Will Arenas face Bucks tonight?

Maybe he's just lost and confused.
