It's the 2012-13 NBA season opener for the Milwaukee Bucks and home opener for the Boston Celtics, so suddenly the points matter again and performances will be judged relative to what other players and teams do around this dog-eat-dog league. For every winner there has to be a loser, but is this the year where the Bucks finally work back onto the positive side of this zero sum game?
There are plenty of questions, and the answers will not come all at once, but everyone should be excited to see what Brandon Jennings, Monta Ellis, Ersan Ilyasova, Tobias Harris, Larry Sanders, etc. have in store for us this season. Long live NBA basketball in Milwaukee. Now say funny and/or witty stuff in the game thread and help create a great gameday atmosphere that we can carry throughout the year!
Here's a bit of frustrating news to get you started:
Luc Mbah a Moute told me he won't be ready to play for a "few weeks." The Bucks forward would thus miss eight games.
