The New Orleans Hornets won the first overall selection in tonight's NBA Draft Lottery, earning the presumptive right to select Kentucky PF Anthony Davis with the top pick in the 2012 NBA Draft. The Hornets also own the #10 pick.

The Milwaukee Bucks remained in their pre-lottery slot, and will select 12th and 42nd.

The Charlotte Bobcats, who earned the best lottery odds by virtue of their historically bad season, will pick #2, followed by the Washington Wizards.

The Brooklyn Nets will convey the #6 pick to the Portland Trail Blazers as part of the trade that send Gerald Wallace east. The Blazers also have the 11th pick.

After the jump, the full first-round draft order. Check back with Brew Hoop and SB Nation for frequent NBA Draft updates.

UPDATE: In their first post-lottery mock drafts, Chad Ford and Draft Express both have the Bucks opting for Baylor's talented but frighteningly enigmatic Perry Jones III. Hoops World and NBADraft.net both have the Bucks snagging North Carolina big man Tyler Zeller. [Frank Madden]
