SB Nation | NBA 3-on-3 Tournament Bracket
Following up on our 3-on-3 theme day, the SB Nation crew is taking our hypothetical teams and hypothetically playing an ENTIRE HYPOTHETICAL TOURNAMENT. Why? Because we can. Sadly, the judging panel predicted our hypothetical Bucks (Monta Ellis, Luc Mbah a Moute and Ersan Ilyasova) would lose their opening round series against the Knicks squad of Iman Shumpert, Carmelo Anthony and Tyson Chandler.

Personally I think the Bucks could have sprung the upset--while Melo's game would seem perfectly suited for the format, Mbah a Moute is as good a matchup as you can get defensively, Ellis is clearly superior to Shumpert and Ilyasova would present all sorts of floor-stretching challenges for the league's reigning defensive player of the year.
