The Detroit Pistons have a knack for halting any momentum the Milwaukee Bucks have managed to build up over the past few seasons, so it's only fitting they the Bucks must go through the Pistons to keep their good vibes going after a nice home win over the Warriors.
Ersan Ilyasova has been great on offense in recent weeks, but can he hold up against Greg Monroe or Andre Drummond if those two Pistons big men play together? How will the matchup between Brandon Knight and Brandon Jennings go?
Rodney Stuckey will be active for the game after getting slapped with a DNP-CD on Sunday against the Magic, and everyone is saying the right things at the moment, but there seems to be a lot of smoke and Detroit Bad Boys has the entire situation covered:
It's crystal clear by now that Stuckey is no longer part of Detroit's long-term vision -- or at least, Lawrence Frank's interpretation of it. Brandon Knight is being given every opportunity to succeed (or fail) as the starting point guard, with Stuckey being relegated off the bench. And the fact that Stuckey needs the ball in his hands to produce (and has regressed to near rookie-level production without it) hasn't gone unnoticed.
After an 0-8 start to the season, the Pistons have tossed up a respectable 17-19 record leading into this contest. Neither team has any player listed on the injury report, so it appears both squads will be at full strength.
