On the Wolves: Canis HoopusA Wolf Among WolvesHowlin' T-Wolf

The Bucks close out their preseason at home tonight  the Timberwolves. The two teams met just last week in Cedar Rapids, with the Bucks hanging on for a close victory in the final moments. Though the teams are likely quite familiar with each other, there will be a few different looks in round two.

Brandon Knight will be back in the starting lineup after missing the past three games with a groin injury. Ersan Ilyasova is also available off the bench after being sidelined with a knee strain.

Minnesota will look decidedly different, as they will be without Andrew Wiggins, Kevin Martin (again), Corey Brewer, Ronny Turiaf, and Mo Williams. Wiggins took a nasty fall in their previous game, and Flip Saunders told media before tonight's game that he'd be held due to "soreness in his rear," which is both a concern and the funniest thing I've typed with a straight face.

The Bucks tip off their regular season one week (!) from tonight when they head to Charlotte to face off against the Hornets. If you're in the area and looking to kick off the season with a bang, the Bucks introduced their "Bucks Bar Network," which is basically a collection of neighborhood bars where Bucks fans can congregate on game night to cheer on the team. The first meeting is in Milwaukee, but there will be several instances when they travel to surrounding cities in an effort to widen their fan base. Just another great promotional idea, no big deal.
