Shortly after the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Brooklyn Nets in three overtimes, Giannis Antetokounmpo was awarded the game ball by the team. He had finished the game with 18 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals and had stayed in the game after appearing to twist his ankle pretty badly in the second overtime.
Giannis was very happy to receive the game ball. So much so that he's taking the darn thing back to Milwaukee with him.
This was the Bucks third straight win, and their record now stands at 7-5, good enough for 4th in the Eastern Conference. It's likely that this won't last, but for now, we can just be...happy.
