The Social Network | Embracing the offseason with Giannis, Khris Middleton, Ersan Ilyasova, Joel Embiid and Dante Exum

Benny Sieu-USA TODAY Sports

It's the offseason, which means the Bucks have scattered to distant parts of the globe..and news tends to be sparse. Thankfully, it's 2014 and everyone feels compelled to document everything they do on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

In 2014, the Milwaukee Bucks were 15-67. In 1971, the Milwaukee Bucks were 66-16...and champions of the world. They were also the last team to claim an NBA title in the month of April, sweeping the Baltimore Bullets in the NBA Finals to claim a title in just their third year of existence.  See any familiar faces below?

As for the current Bucks, let's start with Khris Middleton's um, unique, beach habits.

I'm that guy that wears socks and shoes at the beach.... #dontjudgeme #itiswhatitis #feetproblems

Like most of the basketball world, John Henson and Ekpe Udoh spent some time working out in L.A.--though Ekpe's outfit left something to be desired.  Baylor shorts, presumably.

Ersan Ilyasova is holding out hope that his ankle will feel better ahead of September's FIBA World Cup, but for now he's mostly just feeling...small. As for Giannis Antetokounmpo, he returned home to Greece to work out with his brother and NBA draft hopeful Thanasis (just named D-League all-defensive third team).

As for 2014 draft prospects, Joel Embiid wants you to know that he's in Santa Monica prepping for the draft and doing just fine:

Back to 100%.... Now, gotta get in shape (hardest part) but it's gonna be easy. #1 #WeAllFromAfrica…

As for Jabari Parker, he was among those congratulating former Duke assistant and new Marquette coach Steve Wojciechowski on his new gig.

Best of luck to coach Wojo as he pursues his dream to become a Div.1 head coach at a big time university. So many words can express what you were able to do for me here at duke. I wish you the best going forth. Also had found this online. Hilarious! Enjoy

Meanwhile, Dante Exum has been hanging (and working) out in L.A. for months--and now he's an Adidas guy. FLY DANTE FLY!
