With the 48th pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, the Milwaukee Bucks selected Pittsburgh guard Lamar Patterson on behalf of the Atlanta Hawks. Patterson's draft rights were traded to the Hawks in exchange for a future second-round pick.
EDIT: The pick is apparently coming from Brooklyn.
Patterson, a 22 year old shooting guard, averaged 17.1 points and 4.3 assists per game last season and was named to the All-ACC Second Team. He's a smart player with good length and average athleticism. Perhaps most notable is his passing--his adjusted assist numbers rank 10th in DraftExpress' top-100 prospects.
It appears the Milwaukee Bucks will conclude the 2014 NBA Draft with three selections on the books:
Jabari Parker, selected 2nd overall, who is the greatest ever.

Damien Inglis was taken with the first pick of the second round. Inglis is a 19 year old small forward from French Guiana.
Three picks later, the Bucks claimed LSU power forward Johnny O'Bryant with the 36th pick.
