Milwaukee Bucks head coach Jason Kidd was looking for a spark off the bench tonight when his team need it the most.
Tied at 44 with the Brooklyn Nets at halftime, the Bucks gathered just five points from their second unit, with all five of those points coming courtesy of veteran Jerryd Bayless. Bayless was only getting started, as he scored 14 points down the stretch of the game while handing out 10 dimes, propelling the Bucks to their fourth straight victory.
"We talked as a team. We need some energy, someone to step up." Kidd said after the game.
Bayless came up big for the Bucks against the Nets for the second time this week after pouring in 26 points against them in Brooklyn on Monday.
The Bucks will have a chance to win their fifth straight when they host the Boston Celtics inside the BMO Harris Bradley Center on Tuesday.
