Passing the bill as-is would allow Gov. Scott Walker to sign it into law, while any changes would require another Senate approval. While Republicans have a 63-36 majority in the Assembly, it's been estimated that 15 Democratic votes could be needed to pass the bill. As a result, legislators were planning to work the weekend in order to finalize the details of a package that could go to a vote on Tuesday.
