Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.
Today’s (on)topic: Bucks Three-Point Shooting
Bucks 3FGM/3FGA per 100 possessions:

17/18 pre: 11.0 / 30.1
16/17 reg: 9.1 / 24.5
16/17 pre: 6.5 / 21.1
Hopefully the trend continues.
Last night’s three-point shooting display was incredibly encouraging and I suspect we will see it continue with Khris Middleton beginning the season in the starting five, alongside Tony Snell. Of course, we can’t forget about the three-point capabilities of Thon Maker.
A pattern I picked up on was Giannis Antetokounmpo taking the ball from the extended elbow, backing down his defender, and then looking to kick it out for an open three-point attempt.
I hope the offensive flow that was on display last night continues to rear its head as we turn our attention to Wednesday night and the regular season.
Today’s (off)topic: Funniest Halloween Costumes
In elementary school I went trick-or-treating with a friend and his little brother decided he wanted to be a piece of popcorn. The end result of the costume was him wearing a white sheet over his head, like Charlie Brown, that had very vague beige tints added to it.
He looked like a ghost that was coming back from Spring Break in Panama City Beach.
Any costumes you have come across that have gotten laughs out of people?
As a general rule, non-basketball topics are permitted in an open thread, provided that they follow the SB Nation Community Guidelines.
