Brew Hoop Night Shift: December 11th, 2017

Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.

Today’s (on)topic: Michael Beasley Standing Ovation

Former Milwaukee Buck fan favorite, Michael Beasley, had himself a game. He finished with one point and two rebounds while fouling out after 10 minutes of court time. A classic Beasley performance. On the season, he’s averaging 8.2 points per game and tallying 15 minutes a night. I hope he stays in the league for another five years.

Beasley finished at +11 on the night, which is tied for this third highest +/- rating of the season, so he was very effective as the New York Knicks took down the Atlanta Hawks and climbed back to .500.

Today’s (off)topic: Favorite Christmas Song

On Saturday morning I did something I never do while doing something I always do. I was drinking coffee and staring out my front window (this is what I always do) looking at the snow and I decided to put on Christmas music. I utilized the YouTube app on my Roku for a Christmas music playlist (this was new for me). The first playlist I found was Christmas banger after Christmas banger.

After awhile I decided to put on my favorite Christmas song, DMX singing Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, and put it on repeat. Which Christmas song is your favorite?

As a general rule, non-basketball topics are permitted in an open thread, provided that they follow the SB Nation Community Guidelines.
