Brew Hoop Night Shift: May 28th, 2017

Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.

Today’s (on)topic:

Boston’s offense is clearly built on ball movement and creating open shots, but it did them little good when their guys couldn’t deliver. That percentage could be attributed to randomness, but they also have a host of role players who, while solid and probably coveted by other teams, may not be built to deliver against the top teams. What does everyone else think of Boston’s supporting cast?

Today’s (off)topic: Harambe

I saw a lot of tweets going around today commemorating the life of Harambe, the Gorilla who was shot at the Cincinnati zoo. Any memories of that day, and has the hullabaloo surrounding Harambe, not to mention the strange commercialization of his memory in the aftermath, been warranted or just an idiotic remembrance borne of a social media hivemind tendency to rally around pretty asinine things? Deep stuff for this holiday weekend, I know.

Enjoy your Memorial Day!

As a general rule, non-basketball topics are permitted in an open thread, provided that they follow the SB Nation Community Guidelines.
