Brew Hoop Night Shift: July 13th 2017

Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.

Today’s (on)topic:

Khris Middleton returned to his old stomping grounds in Charleston, SC to host a summer camp for the local youth. From the interview we hear that Midds sees himself very much in the future mix in Milwaukee. Brew Hoop elder statesman, Eric Buenning, made the case that the best course of action for the franchise is to trade Middleton. Does this move make sense as the East seems to becoming more wide open after every transaction?

Today’s (off)topic: Outdated technology

That new movie, Baby Driver, features an old iPod and it got me thinking about nearly obsolete technology. I’ve never been a vinyl guy but I still buy CDs at the local music store and regularly use my Sega Genesis, Nintendo 64, and GameCube. My parents still use burner, flip phones like they’re Stringer Bell. Any pieces of outdated technology that y’all just cannot part with no matter how many years have past?

As a general rule, non-basketball topics are permitted in an open thread, provided that they follow the SB Nation Community Guidelines.
