Brew Hoop Night Shift: August 7th, 2017

New, comments

Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.

Today’s (on)topic: Malcolm Brogdon Interview

The Prez sits down with SLAM to mainly promote a NBA sponsored 3-on-3 league, but he also answered some questions about his phenomenal rookie season and the future direction of the franchise.

Today’s (off)topic: Best Basketball Movie

Which basketball movie is the best basketball movie? Unfortunately an And-1 Mixtape tour DVD does not count nor does the East v. West basketball game scene from season one of The Wire. The 5 choices listed are my personal top 5 in order.

(I don’t know if BASEketball counts as a basketball movie or not, so Space Jam took its place at #5. BASEketball does a great job of poking fun of the 90s MLB and sport leagues in general; here’s a good look at that brought to you by a baseball website)
