Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.
Today’s (on)topic: Draft Lottery Reform
Progress comes in small steps. The NBA Draft Lottery Reform is no different https://t.co/qODERcRH6K

Personally, I’m not too sure how I feel about this diet-reform. It won’t stop tanking outright, if it all, and every year we see a team jump into the top-3 that was not one of the three worst teams. So increasing the odds for those teams could potentially keep some of the worst teams stuck in a perpetual bottom-3 loop since they would keep getting jumped and miss out on drafting a star player in a star driven league. What are your thoughts on this? Should the lottery not be messed with or should the reform go even farther?
Today’s (off)topic: Amazon to Milwaukee?
#BREAKING: Milwaukee launches effort to lure new $5B Amazon hdqts, 50K jobs. @MayorOfMKE letter to @JeffBezos. pic.twitter.com/8hrpopJgye

Amazon setting up their second headquarters in Milwaukee would be pretty cool. Milwaukee, along with 49 other cities, fit the wish list Amazon has for a second location. With Kenosha having a fulfillment center, it seems like Milwaukee has better chances than a majority of cities for landing the new HQ.
As a general rule, non-basketball topics are permitted in an open thread, provided that they follow the SB Nation Community Guidelines.
