After a successful opening week winning games against the Charlotte Hornets on opening day and the Indiana Pacers on Friday to open Fiserv Forum, the Milwaukee Bucks will look to continue their winning ways against the New York Knicks. Last season, the Bucks won all three contests against New York.
Bucks Update
Milwaukee has looked like a brand new team this season: shooting threes, ball movement, defensively sound, it’s all happening! Milwaukee handled the tough test of a Kemba Walker barrage and stifled Victor Oladipo. Let’s just look at this beautiful shot chart!!

Player to Watch: Giannis Antetokounmpo
Yes I know we have already featured him but every time the Bucks play the Knicks, Giannis does something memorable.

Was picking Giannis as the player to watch an excuse for me to post these highlights? Absolutely!
Knicks Update
The Knicks have a new head coach in David Fizdale and he is attempting to modernize this team with the same core personnel as last season. The Knicks are missing franchise star Kristaps Porzingis as he continues to recover from an ACL tear he suffered playing against the Bucks last season. New York started their season strong with a convincing win against the Atlanta Hawks but have dropped their next two games against division rivals the Brooklyn Nets and Boston Celtics. Both of those losses were only by two points.
Player to Watch: Tim Hardaway Jr.
Yes he who got posterized so badly, Fredric Weiss, Brandon Knight and Timothy Mozgov reached out to ask if he wants to join them in having a drink. Hardaway has played well this season averaging 28 points though. Will he continue this hot form while having memories of Giannis’ poster? We shall find out...
