Yet again, the Milwaukee Bucks dominate in their complete destruction of the Orlando Magic, 113-91. A sloppy first quarter of execution for Milwaukee still led them to a 12/20 period and a 30-25 lead. The Bucks didn’t relent in the second though, pacing themselves out to a 65-51 lead behind Giannis’ 15 points. The drubbing continued into the third, as Milwaukee lassoed complete control and rode a huge, 25-point lead heading into the fourth to a commanding victory.
Giannis Antetokounmpo didn’t play a considerable amount tonight, but still managed a tidy 21 points and 7 rebounds in his 19 minutes.
In his stead, Donte DiVincenzo finally had his breakout game as a rookie, going for 15 points. It was a steady scoring night across the board for Milwaukee, with Brogdon at 16, Bledsoe at 6 and Middleton at 18.
Orlando, like Minnesota last night, had a horrific shooting game from the floor and hit only 32.7% of their shots. Nikola Vucevic was their high man at just 16 points.
Stat that Stood Out
Two quick ones, once again the Bucks turned the ball over 10 times more than their opponent, but their stellar night from the line, 21-23, really helped them get easy points without having to worry about efforting past Orlando’s length. On a night where their 3-point attempts paled in comparison to what they’ve done in games past, those scores were welcome.
