Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.
Tonight’s (on)topic: Rashad and John Reunion
Free agent Rashad Vaughn is signing a 10-day contract with the Orlando Magic, league sources tell Yahoo.

Former Bucks GM, John Hammond, is out to prove that selecting Rashad Vaughn in the first round of the 2015 NBA Draft was the correct pick, even with Bobby Portis still on the board.
I’m incredibly happy for Shaddy after he got traded to the Brooklyn Nets and then moved to the New Orleans Pelicans. Hopefully he can figure out his shooting from beyond the arc and develop into a somewhat serviceable NBA-er. Orlando’s pre-game dancing just got a thousand times more hyped.
Tonight’s (off)topic: Love Your Pet Day
In honor of #LoveYourPetDay feel free to send us pictures of your basketball loving pets (bonus points if they are wearing NBA apparel)

I am typing this right now with my cat, Buck, curled up on my lap. I picked him up at Milwaukee Animal Control on February 10th of last year. The average time an adoptable cat spends up for adoption at MADACC is one weekend; Buck was going on his fifth weekend. He had an “Adoption Fee Waived” sign on his kennel and when I saw the sign I thought to myself, “Oh lord what’s wrong with this one?” Turns out nothing! Except he couldn’t go to a home with other pets, or small children, and he has feline AIDS. Having no other pets, or small children, I knew I was the extremely specific home that he would be available to go home to. Any stories of how y’all ended up with your current pets?
As a general rule, non-basketball topics are permitted in an open thread, provided that they follow the SB Nation Community Guidelines.
