Brew Hoop Night Shift: February 26th, 2018

Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.

Tonight’s (on)topic: Reminiscing on the past.

Most Bucks fans above a certain age remember the Ray Allen / Sam Cassell / Glenn Robinson / Tim Thomas era Milwaukee Bucks teams fondly, but what about our younger members? If you were born after, say, 1996, it’s unlikely that you were following the Light It Up Bucks very closely. What, if anything, have you learned about them this far after the fact?

Tonight’s (off)topic: appliance repair.

We noticed that our oven had been acting funny for the past few days, and this morning I discovered that it had actually turned itself on. This, of course, is a major safety concern, so I called somebody to come through and take a look at it, but it also reminded me of the time that our air conditioning broke down and how miserable that experience was. So I pose it to you: what’s your worst “broken appliance” story?

As a general rule, non-basketball topics are permitted in an open thread, provided that they follow the SB Nation Community Guidelines.
