Our favorite enforcer is back in the Eastern Conference as he signed with the Boston Celtics to go and chase a championship. As we all know, Greg Monroe was traded to the Phoenix Suns for Eric Bledsoe back in early-November. His time in the desert was forgettable as he wracked up a baker’s dozen of inactive and DNP designations. In the 20 games Monroe did play in, he averaged 11 points and grabbed eight rebounds.
Monroe’s last game in a Bucks uniform was at the MECCA game against his now current employers.
Legend has it that if you light a candle in a dark bathroom, look into a mirror, and shout, “And one!” fifteen times at an increasing volume, Moose will appear and shove you to the ground while trash talking you.
Tonight’s (off)topic: Super Bowl Prop Bets
Alright, alright, alright my favorite time of the year is happening tomorrow night where I bet money on the dumb Super Bowl bets. Here are the four prop bets I’m throwing some bones on complete with my choices:
Outcome of Coin Toss - Tails never fails except when it does. I’m going Heads (-105).
Time to Sing National Anthem - Pink is singing and that girl has got some pipes to flex. This is an easy over (-175) on the two minute threshold.
What Color Liquid Will be Poured on the Winning Coach - I’m going with blue (+400) simply because it is my favorite Gatorade flavor.
What Color Will Justin Timberlake’s Shoes be at the Beginning of his Performance - White is the only color listed that is favorite which would make sense if we were getting early 2010s JT, but we are getting the older, less flashy JT. I’ll take Brown/Beige (+700).
