Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.
Tonight’s (on) topic: First Tenant for New Entertainment Block Announced
We couldn’t be more excited and honored to open a downtown facility and taproom at the Entertainment Block! #seekthegood pic.twitter.com/y4yjTgDpEo

In non-confusing WESC-related news, Good City Brewing has been named as the first tenant to lease within the Entertainment Block of the area around the new arena.
Judging off the above rendering’s proximity to The Moderne apartments, that would put the young brewery’s second location about here:
Good City won’t be the only local brewery in that area, though. Milwaukee Brewing Company is already working on moving into a new brewpub within the Pabst Complex (just west of the traffic circle in the above picture), so this area is going to have plenty of thirsty downtown go-ers coming through their respective doors.
It’s all starting to take shape! This is cool!
Tonight’s (off) topic: National Doughnut Day
Tomorrow is National Doughnut Day and as Dunkin’ Donuts number one, and most loyal customer, this is like Christmas for me. DDs deal tomorrow is a free doughnut with the purchase of a beverage, which is kind of lame considering IHOP gives away free pancakes on National Pancake Day.
The doughnut that sits atop my doughnut rankings at this point in time is the classic chocolate cake doughnut. So good. Which is your favorite?
