Brew Hoop Night Shift: May 6th, 2018

Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.

Tonight’s (on) topic:

Kudos to Jabari Parker and his continued work with the Milwaukee Public Schools. It seemed like while Parker was rehabbing his knee this season, he was always involved with a MPS event or something based around the community. It’s great that Parker is being recognized as a candidate for the NBA Community Assist Award. Parker, on top of the ownership group, have been very dedicated in philanthropic events around the city and trying spruce the place up a bit.

Tonight’s (off) topic: The Other Cavaliers

Donald Glover (Atlanta, A Solo Story, Community, etc.) hosted Saturday Night Live last night and the Not Ready for Prime Time Players took a jab at the Cleveland Cavaliers that are not named LeBron James. Check it out:

Pete Davidson looks great as Cedi Osman.

Brew Hoop has partnered up with BreakingT to design and distribute licensed moment-driven shirts as they happen. Check out this link for the latest items!

As a general rule, non-basketball topics are permitted in an open thread, provided that they follow the SB Nation Community Guidelines.
