Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.
Tonight’s (on) topic: Stan van Gundy Out
ESPN story on Stan Van Gundy’s departure in Detroit and what comes now for Pistons. https://t.co/OGms22BxxC

Add the Detroit Pistons to the list of competitors for the Bucks to land a head coach. van Gundy had an interesting time at the helm of the Pistons on the court, and in the front office. His most notable deal was the trade that sent Blake Griffin from the Los Angeles Clippers to the Pistons as Detroit tried to make a playoff run.
That playoff run failed and now van Gundy is out of a job. The cautionary tale here is to not let a head coach have a joint organizational title within the front office.
Please Bucks don’t even entertain SVG joining the organization.
Tonight’s (off) topic: Disc Golf
Estabrook Park Disc Golf Course has new signage this year, thanks to @pandamoniumdiscs . All five county parks courses are now open for the season too. #discgolf #milwaukee #milwaukeecountyparks https://t.co/Y5aeHd15Ye pic.twitter.com/8s2bI0fcOw

Two co-workers are super into disc golf and I had a roommate in college that dominated the University of Iowa intramural disc golf scene, but I could never get into it. It looks so fun and relaxing which is the exact opposite of how normal golf makes me feel when I play it, but just like in golf, I am horrible at disc golf.
Any frolfers out there?
