Brew Hoop Night Shift: July 13th, 2018

Welcome to the Brew Hoop Night Shift. Every evening at 9:00pm (central time), this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.

Tonight’s (on) topic: Bucks Bites

Our friends over at the Marquette blog, Anonymous Eagle, recapped the new food offerings that were recently unveiled for the new arena. The focus on local food and drink (Miller Lite counts, right?) is a big highlight as the Bucks appear to not only clear the low bar the Bradley Center concessions set, but they have soared above and beyond that bar.

I am very much here for a Milwaukee Public Market tribute on the upper level. The Public Market is an incredible spot and the upper level is where I will exclusively be, so that’s a win-win in my book. The lack of vegan options makes me sad (yeah that’s right) but my hopes were not up for that becoming a reality anyhow.

Hopefully the Bucks take a page out of the Atlanta Falcons book and make this new, desirable cuisine affordable.

Tonight’s (off) topic: Superstitions

It’s the Friday the 13th so hopefully nothing out of the ordinary happened to y’all today. Personally, I am not a superstitious person, but I do find the whole superstitious mindset fascinating.

Does anyone take part in daily superstitions?
