NBA: Milwaukee Bucks at Los Angeles Lakers Robert Hanashiro-USA TODAY Sports

Ladies and gentlemen, when the Los Angeles Lakers come to town to take on the Milwaukee Bucks, we will have an opportunity to witness what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object. And you can too if you want to get tickets.

The Lakers are the best team in the Western Conference, and one of the top teams in the NBA. In LeBron James and Anthony Davis, they have two of the sport’s best players. You can count on one hand how many games they’ve lost this season, and it’s because they stick to precisely what they’re really good at: getting to the rim.

The Bucks are the best team in the Eastern Conference, and one of the top teams in the NBA. In Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton, they have two of the sport’s best players. You can count on one hand how many games they’ve lost this season, and it’s because they stick to precisely what they’re really good at: keeping opponents from getting to the rim.

If you suspect that I just copy/pasted the last two paragraphs and only switched the names out, you’re absolutely right. There are a ton of parallels between the two teams (who will only meet twice in the regular season), and they’re as elite as it gets because of how well they do things at the rim. But beyond all that...you have three legitimate MVP candidates under one roof (four if you count Khris!), and this game could go towards...I don’t know, deciding home court advantage in the playoffs?

So go support the team, go to Fiserv Forum and let them feel that home court energy. Let’s start a new winning streak. You’ll get to see LeBron and AD test their mettle against the heretofore overlooked Bucks. Who knows, maybe this game will be the one that gets the attention of all the pundits and talking heads that stand accused of sleeping on Milwaukee. So if you want to be a part of it, get your tickets at StubHub through this link.
