When the Milwaukee Bucks tipped-off against the Houston Rockets on Tuesday night, everyone was imagining an MVP showdown of epic proportions. Although we didn’t get anything close to that, what we did get was another indicator that the Bucks are the best team in the NBA.
With only seven games remaining, the MVP race is as close as ever between Giannis Antetokounmpo and James Harden. Each player has a very strong case. And, although there may be some very passionate fans on each side, there’s really no wrong answer for the 2018-19 NBA MVP award.
However, it’s always fun to debate these types of things so I invited Conrad Garcia from SB Nation’s Houston Rockets’ site The Dream Shake on. I, of course, take the stance that Antetokounmpo is this year’s MVP while he argues for Harden’s claim.
