Thanks to suggestions from you, our loyal readers, we make sure to give the people what they want! Without further ado, the official Brew Hoop Playoff thread is here. On the Bucks off-nights, we’ll create a spot to stir the discussion stew surrounding how other teams are faring in their own fight for a title.

Orlando Magic vs. Toronto Raptors (Tor leads 3-1)

Time: 6:00 pm (NBA TV)

The stakes: After that delightful game one upset, the Raptors have regained control in a smothering way from this upstart Orlando squad. To stave off elimination, they’ll have to head across the border and try to snatch a victory away from a Raptors team that’s locked in defensively. Also, not surprised this got relegated to NBA TV.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Philadelphia 76ers (PHL leads 3-1)

Time: 7:00 pm (TNT)

The stakes: Joel Embiid looked hobbled, but pulled together a mammoth game for the 76ers in their fourth contest to pull them over the top and within spitting distance of a second consecutive trip to the Eastern Conference semifinals. The antics between Jared Dudley and Ben Simmons spilled over into the stands in Game Four, continuing the fireworks show this series has been. I am looking forward to this one.

San Antonio Spurs vs. Denver Nuggets (Series tied 2-2)

Time: 8:30pm (NBA TV)

The stakes: Derrick White came back to Earth in game four, as Nikola Jokic and Denver’s offensive arsenal proved too much for the Spurs to overcome. The Nuggets evening the series was massive considering the difficulty of winning in San Antonio. This one could very well go seven.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Portland Trail Blazers (POR leads 3-1)

Time: 9:30pm (TNT)

The stakes: Dame and Russell Westbrook’s feud seemed to have hit a fever pitch in game three, and Lillard delivered in the next game to put OKC on the brink of extinction. TNT definitely picked the right games to nationally broadcast on this busy night.
