The 2018-19 player grades for the Milwaukee Bucks continues with this second installment and the disappointing Nikola Mirotic. When Mirotic was acquired from the New Orleans Pelicans in a three-team deal, he was expected to be a great shooter who could space the floor for the Bucks. While he did a decent job in the regular season, he was downright awful in the postseason.
For this video, I once again teamed with BBall Index and used their player grades. However, I mixed things up a little bit this time around. Instead of assigning grades compared to the rest of the league, I used their tool that grades him according to his position. This felt like a much more natural and accurate grading process.
