After a long hiatus, the Brew Hoop Podcast has returned. In today’s episode, Adam, Riley and Kyle give their closing thoughts on the 2019-20 NBA season after the Los Angeles Lakers took down the Miami Heat. They also reflect on Giannis Antetokounmpo’s second MVP, including some of their lack of enthusiasm for the accolade, and discuss the news about a potential Christmas Day start for the 2020-21 campaign to go along with 72 games.
Then, they dive into the Milwaukee Bucks offseason priorities and what magnitude of move they may need to make to put themselves over the top. Discussion includes:
- Why do we rake leaves?
- Does Eric Bledsoe need to be moved?
- Potential limitations of Milwaukee’s offensive scheme for role players
- Will Oppenheimer turn Giannis into a sharpshooter?
- The state of the East heading into next year.
As always, thanks so much for listening. If you’re looking for a visual of Riley’s pen review this week, head to around 1:15:00 in the video below.
