Every evening at 8:00 pm central, this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? What topics do you want to break down further? Or is there something non-Bucks that you want to bounce off of one another? Even something non-basketball? This is the place.
Tonight’s (On) Topic: Sterling Brown settles with the city of Milwaukee.
ESPN’s Eric Woodyard reported that the Bucks forward and city of Milwaukee agreed to a settlement worth $750K nearly three years after his profiling/arrest outside of a Walgreens on January 26th, 2018. According to Woodyard, Sterling and his attorney rejected an initial settlement offer of $400K which was proposed last October. He did not get enough, IMO.
Bucks guard Sterling Brown has reached a $750,000 settlement agreement in his civil rights lawsuit against the city of Milwaukee.

On Jan. 26, 2018, Brown alleged that Milwaukee officers targeted him outside a Walgreens store because he is Black. https://t.co/Z99dQ9CSKf
Tonight’s (Off) Topic: WEATHER!!
I live in Arizona and the weather is FINALLY starting to cool off. During the summer months, the Grand Canyon State hit 110+ every day for multiple weeks. Horrible, but impressive! However, I must admit, the weather the rest of the season out here is beautiful. I just glanced at the weekly forecast and got excited, we’re in the low 70s, baby! Sorry for rubbing it in ;) how is the weather forecast looking where you are at?! I am curious to see.
As a general rule, non-basketball topics are permitted in an open thread, provided that they follow the SB Nation Community Guidelines.
