Marc Lasry keeps going on national television...and keeps talking about the eventual return of the NBA! You love to see it! His latest statements put the return 6-8 weeks away with games played in Vegas and Orlando. What say everyone here? It sure seems like we’re inching closer to this becoming reality.
Tonight’s (Off...kinda on) Topic: Virtual Fan Noise
What does everyone think about the idea of pumping virtual fan noise into arenas? I’m torn, partially because I don’t want to hear the constant squeak-squeak of shoes, but I can’t square how they will properly pump it up and down. There was that game a few years ago with no music in the stadium, and it wasn’t received all that well by players. I feel like they could have a DJ in the arena (would only have to be one person) who could maybe help it feel less like an echo chamber?
