Last weekend, the Milwaukee Bucks started their back to back, and it went poorly. They are hoping this week is different with a doubleheader against the Cleveland Cavaliers.......wait didn’t you write this yesterday? Yes, the Bucks are playing the Cavs again and hope to repeat last night’s feat after a 123-105 win.
Where We’re At
Not too much has changed in 24 hours, but the Bucks look to continue their winning streak and part of their success last night was scoring 74 points in the paint. The Bucks also got a strong performance in the second half with 63 points and improved defense. Giannis led the way with 33 points, 12 boards and four blocks.
It seems like both teams are at the same injury situation as last game, with Larry Nance, Kevin Love and Matthew Dellavedova as the notable Cavs out.
Player to Watch: Brook Lopez
The big man has quietly been improving this season and still is a vital part of Milwaukee’s plan. With the Bucks implementing more switching, it continues to be interesting watching how Lopez adjusts. He had 13 points on nine shots in last night’s game.
