Brew Hoop Night Shift: August 25th

On occasional evenings at 8:00 pm central, this all-purpose thread goes up, and the comments section is where it’s going down. What Bucks news did we not cover? Tonight’s (On) Topic: Which W was more epic?

In the Brew Hoop Twitter DM’s, Riley Feldmann posed the following question, “What’s the power ranking for best games during Milwaukee’s run?” 1) G6 Finals 2) G5 Finals 3) G7 ECF or 4) G5 ECF

This was a tough question! I myself went with Game Five of the NBA Finals. I was there live and watching the Bucks come out dead while the Suns were firing on all cylinders and the crowd was going nuts had me saying to myself, “real glad I dropped $1,000 to see my favorite team stink up the joint in the Finals!” That aged well, as we all know. Adding in the Jrue Holiday steal and alley-oop made the W soooooo much better. What are your thoughts?

Tonight’s (Off...but On) Topic: Coach Budenholzer inks a three-year deal.

Coach Bud really went through it the last few seasons, so to say this extension is well-deserved is an understatement. In fact, they could have signed him to a lifetime extension and I wouldn’t be against it. Then again, part of me thought he and the Bucks would part ways so he could go out on top of the NBA world. Congrats on earning that extension, coach!
