From there, the teams continued to trade blows. With the squads knotted at 116 in the closing minutes, Brook Lopez hit a huge three-ball and a layup down the stretch to give the Bucks a semi-comfortable lead. A clutch three from Kuzma brought Washington within one, but Giannis and Dame hit their free throws and the Bucks held on, 131-128.

Stat That Stood Out

Brook Lopez has been on a scoring tear over the past two games. After scoring under 16 in each of his first 14 games this season, he had 28 against Boston and 39 tonight (!!!). He’s been really efficient too! Tonight, he was 14-of-17 from the field and 4-of-7 from deep. Keep up the good work, Brook!
